Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+ I) is the engine that powers our cloud services through planning, building, and operating Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure datacenters across the globe. CO+I is supported by multiple business verticals including supply planning and strategic acquisition, global construction, datacenter and edge site operations, critical environment and availability, engineering, and datacenter innovation.
To help us continue to scale and meet our customer commitments, we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Business Program Manager to join the Executive Office of the CO+I Corporate Vice President (CVP). As a member of this team, you’ll have unique visibility into a key Microsoft business and the opportunity to drive impact across the CO+I organization.
As a Business Program Manager you’ll be responsible for managing financial operations for our organization, overseeing end-to-end financial programs, communications, and reporting while serving as a key liaison between Finance and stakeholder teams. Successful candidates for this role will have a background in finance, demonstrated project management skills, and a passion for ensuring the financial health of our business.

Responsibilities
Leads portfolio of CO+I financial programs, including end-to-end headcount management, fiscal planning, and budget management.
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Leadership Teams, Business Management Community, HR, etc.) to design and manage compliant, complex financial programs and processes. Produces collateral (planning models/forecasts, process documents, etc.) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business’ financialobjectives are met.
Creates clarity and communicates financial information to executives, distilling complex financial data into actionable insights. Utilizes programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint, to track, communicate, and visually represent data for stakeholders.
Gathers and oversees requirements for financial reporting and tracking. Collaborates seamlessly with our internal business intelligence team to generate impactful business reports.
Supports organization’s financial rhythm of business (ROB), ensuring our financial operations are well-coordinated, communicated, efficiently executed, and in alignment with our strategic objectives and fiscal planning goals.
Understands the end-to-end business to help effectively manage priorities for the Executive Office and CVP.
Additional projects as needed.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience
4+ years work experience owning finacial reporting such as analytics, forecasting, and budget management to be leveraged by business stakeholders.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
