Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst, Billing Assurance represents a technical and experienced position within the Billing Assurance team. The Business Process Analyst is the subject matter expert on the billing, workflow and data warehouse systems with the ability to extract, analyze, test and report on data from the given systems. Data mining tasks in support of the Billing Assurance team are required in the effort to lead and assist in defining logic required for the development and maintenance of Billing Assurance exception reports and/or API processes.

Qualifications
Key Experience/AchievementsA Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required5 or more years of systems analysis and/or programming experienceSQL experience preferredManagement SkillsAbility to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from managementAbility to organize, plan and execute major projects with minimal supervisionVerbal and written communications skillsTechnical/Functional CompetenciesExperience working within a formal methodology for software developmentKnowledge of system development lifecycleExperience in report development utilizing a relational database such as Oracle or Windows SQL server

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/ year.
