We are seeking a Business Operations Manager, Vaccines to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Durham, NC.

　　As a Business Operations Manager, Vaccines, you will have the responsibility to support the Vaccines Leadership Team by leading key initiatives supporting the delivery of the Vaccines Business Unit. You will also play a key role in supporting the team in preparing important scientific conferences, meetings, and events.

　　What you’ll be doing:

　　Coordinating various projects and initiatives across the Vaccines business unit in alignment with business priorities and objectives.

　　Managing scope of work, objectives, timelines, accountabilities, deliverables, budget, and all other project management activities for the project(s) and/or multi project program(s).

　　Developing project plan for all phases of assigned project(s).

　　Setting and leading steering committees and operational meetings.

　　Serving as a primary contact with all stakeholders to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to.

　　Evaluating risks on delivery and working proactively to define mitigation plans, aiming to minimize impact on project objectives and deliverables.

　　Continuously reviewing and ensuring adequate resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones.

　　What We Are Looking For:

　　Bachelor's Degree required, 5-7 years of relevant experience in life science industry (pharmaceutical company or CRO).

　　3 years minimum in project management, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

　　Project Management certification preferred.

　　Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.

　　The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

　　Project Management - extremely well structured and organized with the ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands.

　　Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations (excellent knowledge of Office Suite, SmartSheet, and other Project Management tools).

　　Ability to work in matrix environment, holding action owners accountable.

　　Curious with a continuous improvement mindset.

　　The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $95,100.00 - $142,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
