Complete analysis assignments for the Director ofInternational Operations as needed. Research: Work with Ulinedepartments to gain in-depth understanding of processes, challenges, andstrategies to explain issues and recommend solutions to management.Research and analyze information to create clear and concise executivesummary memos, diagrams and presentations for management. HR Analytics:Extract and analyze HR data to identify insights to support HR functionsand initiatives such as recruiting, compensation, staffing, etc. Ownrecurring weekly and monthly reports and assist with other variousanalysis projects impacting the company long-term. Audit HR system toensure data integrity related to all areas of the department, includingWorkforce Planning and position management. Collect report requirementsto improve and / or develop current processes and reports. Key Accounts(Sales): Learn how internal teams work together to assist our largestcustomers. Research account locations and associated sales andincentives. Utilize SQL and other tools to extract data and gatherinsight. Minimum Requirements This full-time, 12-week internship is opento Junior-status students only. Previous internship or coursework indata analysis. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with SQL orPowerBI a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizationaland communication skills.
