Required Skills
Position Summary
Directs general business operations of the project’s administrative functions and administrative personnel for the project.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the project site office, including computer network, insurance, facilities management, (order supplies and supervise facility maintenance and cleaning)
Managing the site Business Department, including Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Coordinate and supervise purchasing program
Plan, administer, and control budgets for equipment and supplies
Manages, outlines work, sets goals and deadlines for clerical (AP/ payroll) office staff
Assume additional responsibilities as directed by project, division and corporate management
Skills and Abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Demonstrates the ability and behavior necessary to lead others in accomplishing individual and team goals
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
Strong organizational skills
Strong oral and spoken communication skills
Business-oriented, strategic mindset
Education/Experience
Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Minimum 5 years office management experience, preferably in a construction environment
Experience with ERP and Data Management Systems is strongly preferred
Salary $100-$125k
