Job Description
The Tubing Business Leader will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives while integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization. The business leader will be involved in long-term planning and contributing to the overall strategy and managing complex issues within functional areas of expertise.
Essential Responsibilities
Willingness to learn and exhibit servant leadership to support lean transformation activitiesDrive lean transformation efforts within area of responsibilityDemonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processesEstablish and implement team strategies, programs and practices to achieve world class manufacturing inventory turns and process flowDrive measurable improvements in productivity and product flowManage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in safety, quality, cost and deliveryEnsure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standardsTeam management of salaried employees which includes Front Line Leaders (coaches) who oversee hourly employeesDevelops action plans and research planning on an annual basisContributes to business programs of a considerable part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plans
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 5 additional years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management
