Design and developenterprise and departmental business intelligence, data warehousing, andreporting solutions. Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for thedata management process. Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform,Load) solutions to extract data from source systems and place into theData Warehouse. Build and maintain database management systems using SQLServer and Oracle. Provide requirements to the ETL team usingInformatica for data migration using Agile methodology. Set policies,standards, and best practices for an area of the business intelligence(BI) portfolio. Solicit business requirements, provide daily support,and monitor performance of reporting and analytic solutions. Buildbusiness intelligence and analytics reports using SAP Business Objects.Create forms for information delivery including online visualizationtools and traditional printed reports. Collaborate with otherdepartments to prioritize business intelligence development andanalytical needs. Lead the daily activities of a team of associatebusiness intelligence developers. Perform code reviews to ensureaccuracy. Manage and integrate data using Informatics. Ensure businessintelligence training needs are identified and met. Maintain and supportData and Report Catalogs. Ensure reporting and analytic solutions havebeen tested for accuracy. Provide management-level communicationsregarding project performance and business intelligence/data warehouseperformance results. Salary: \$150,000 per year - \$150,000 per year.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Electronic Engineering,Information Technology, or a related field plus five years ofprogressive business intelligence experience. Must have at least fiveyears of experience in each of the following: 1. Designing anddeveloping business intelligence, data warehousing, and reportingsolutions; 2.
