The Global Services Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (GS- ID&E) team is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) who is passionate about using data to drive critical talent decisions. As a BIE you will be building the analytic technologies to give our internal customers flexible and structured access to data that is timely, accurate and actionable. You will influence action impacting ID&E across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, promotion, retention, transfer, and ID&E programming within the broader GS organization. You will support ID&E program evaluation efforts to ensure the efficacy of active programs and initiatives.In this role, you will be a part of a team focused on timely, relevant, and actionable insights, intelligence and recommendations with a core mission to help improve inclusion, diversity and equity within the AWS Global Services organization. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
