　　How You Will Make an Impact

　　As the Business Intelligence Developer, you will enhance our data-driven decision-making process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and implementing interactive Power BI dashboards, experienced in data transformation using DAX, M, Python, SQL, and MongoDB, and adept at integrating data sources through Azure and MongoDB Atlas. A vital aspect of this role involves liaising with various internal business units to gather and interpret their data requirements accurately.

　　This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet the dynamic needs of the business.

　　Expertise in data transformation and manipulation using DAX, M, Python, SQL, and MongoDB.

　　Manage data connections and integrations using Azure and MongoDB Atlas.

　　Collaborate with different internal business units to gather, understand, and translate their requirements into effective BI solutions.

　　Maintain high data accuracy and integrity standards in all analytics solutions.

　　Provide technical support and training to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilizing BI tools.

　　Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.

　　A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis.

　　Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced skills in DAX, M, SQL and data transformation techniques.

　　Experience with Azure for data sourcing and integration.

　　Skilled in creating appealing, user-friendly dashboards that convey complex data insights.
