Description Production Support:

　　o Provide monitoring and support as required to ensure the availability and

　　performance of enterprise data and BI environments for both external and internal

　　users

　　o Timely troubleshooting and resolution of production issues through analysis and

　　review of data flow and transformation logic

　　o Ongoing end-user access and usage support

　　o Participate as an escalation point of contact for critical after-hours incidents

　　• BI Development:

　　o Gather and transform business requirements and analysis into specifications that

　　will be used to drive quality solutions

　　o Provide development estimates and timelines for scheduling and planning

　　o Design, build and implement ETL scripts & pipelines, BI reports, and data

　　visualizations & dashboards

　　o Optimize complex SQL stored procedures, scripts, functions, and other BI

　　components for best performance

　　o Produce technical documentation that supports deployment, testing, and ongoing

　　production support

　　o Complete design, development, testing and technical documentation tasks in a

　　timely manner and at required level of quality

　　o Ensure configuration management and change controls are implemented for your

　　sphere of influence

　　• Data Analysis & Validation:

　　o Routine and advanced data query and analysis activities and projects using

　　available data tools for month close validation and ad-hoc data reporting requests

　　o Define and implement data quality processes to monitor and detect data quality

　　issues

　　• General:

　　o Ability to both thrive in a team environment and work independently

　　o Design and implement best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes

　　o Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance personnel on network security,
