This is a critical role which will be responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing reports and dashboards across the enterprise.An ideal candidate in this role will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and experience and knowledge of best practices to continue developing our Analytics capabilities as well as coaching and mentoring more junior analysts.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - AND WHY WE NEED YOU!Demonstrable data analysis and data mining skills (SQL, DAX, Data Modeling, etc.)Strong data visualization skills within Power BI (or other data visualization suite)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsUnderstanding of reporting and business intelligence best practicesGood understanding of BI concepts (e.g. data governance, data lineage tools, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation (ELT/ETL), and data analysis)Experience working on high performing Agile/Scrum teamsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science or similar3+ years of experience with Microsoft BI Stack - or combination of relevant technologiesSolid understanding of BI concepts, and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience in business data modeling, metadata structure and business subject areas for key business processesFamiliarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework (preferred)Medpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
