Conduct advanced data analytics in order to drive and inform business critical decisions. Synthesize and communicate clear and actionable insights from complex analyses to empower data driven decision making across vital business areas. Partner with senior business leaders to identify business critical decisions that require in-depth analysis and to subsequently distill insights from said analyses to drive universal understanding and effective action of the same. Extract, integrate and transform data to conduct advanced analytics and to produce actionable, automated reporting and/or dashboards. Improve and rearchitect existing processes for scale, simplicity, and reliability. Establish performance measures that evolve the usefulness and impact of business reporting/dashboards across the firm.Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in analytics. Education, training, or experience must include the following: data visualization tools, such as Tableau or similar; SQL scripting; programming in Python or R; building data products by integrating datasets from complex data environments; and, creating KPI reports to analyze key performance indicators.
