We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Public Access team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane , Australia.

In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and generating new leads for our Automated External D efibrillator (AED) solutions across various verticals. You’ll conduct in-depth research to spot new opportunities, develop targeted strategies, and collaborate with our Business Partnership Managers and D istributors to educate, develop and close sales.

Key Focus Areas

Lead Generation Research : Identify new business opportunities for our defibrillator solutions across various verticals in Australia and New Zealand.

Strategic Planning : Conduct research to understand market trends and develop strategies for approaching and acquiring new customer accounts.

Sales Execution : Collaborate with Business Partnership Managers and distributors to drive leads through the sales process and convert them into long-term customers.

Relationship Building : Foster meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or technology

A proactive and autonomous approach to finding and developing new business opportunities

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships

Motivated and results-driven, with a desire to learn and grow in your career

Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
