  We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager—New Logo Acquisition.

  As a Business Development Manager—New Logo Acquisition (BDM) at Brink’s, you will cultivate a pipeline of qualified leads with customers in your regional territory. In your role, you will serve as a facilitator and the entry point for new customers into Brink’s, introducing our suite of solutions to key decision-makers and educating them on the benefits of our services. By leveraging knowledge of the complete Brink’s solution portfolio, BDMs deliver innovative solutions that meet their customer’s unique business needs. Supported by a culture of coaching, development, and performance, members of our team proactively develop new customer growth areas.

  This position offers a competitive compensation structure, comprised of a base salary and commission program offering based on your performance. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to advance your career and grow within Brink’s, with potential paths including becoming a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.

  Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  Identify and develop sales opportunities with potential customers within a given geography

  Engage potential customers to determine their needs, conducting local/ regional market research to uncover current and future business opportunities

  Conduct local/regional market research and remain up to date on industry trends to uncover business opportunities with potential clients

  Proactively identify future growth areas, creating growth strategies and building pipelines and managing ongoing deals in Salesforce

  Maintain lead and prospective customer data, including updating all activities, contacts, and correspondence within Salesforce

  Build trust and confidence with customer decision-makers, providing counsel on solutions to their cash management needs

  Leverage data, case studies, and industry knowledge to deliver clear presentations on Brink’s value proposition and impact of solutions

  Negotiate and close deals, converting identified opportunities across the solution portfolio into compelling deals

  Collaborate with other functional teams (e.g., Customer Care, Operations, Marketing) to achieve lead conversions, performance objectives, and ensure seamless handover of new customer accounts for effective ongoing management and cross-sell opportunities

  Communicate market trends and competitive landscapes to Brink’s strategy, sales and marketing leadership

  Perform any other duties that help to drive growth, customer loyalty, innovation, and operational excellence

  Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local/regional competitive landscape to strategically communicate Brink’s value proposition to potential clients

  Primary qualifications for successful candidates:

  Highly motivated, with demonstrated excellence in prior positions

  Developed business acumen, including concise communication skills, a solid knowledge of business strategy, and experience in negotiations

  1+ years of direct sales experience is required, with a preference for new business development or field sales in a B2B setting

  Proficient in office productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
