  Key Responsibilities

  What You’ll Do:

  As Business Development Manager for 24Restore, you will formulate strategic plans, and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's mission.

  Your primary responsibilities will include:

  Client Relationship Management:

  Cultivate and strengthen client relationships in various disaster restoration verticals to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

  Engage with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  Negotiate deals with clients, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the organization.

  Opportunity Management:

  Identify, evaluate, and pursue revenue-generating opportunities in the disaster restoration market.

  Collaborate with the sales team to analyze potential deals, assess viability, and develop strategies for successful closure.

  Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in disaster restoration.

  Sales Process Optimization:

  Streamline sales processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  Work closely with product development and innovation teams to align offerings with market demands and revenue opportunities.

  Networking and Industry Associations:

  Attend networking events and industry associations in the disaster restoration sector to build and expand relationships.Who We’re Looking For:

  We seek a dynamic and results-oriented experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales, relationship building, and revenue generation, specifically within the disaster restoration market. The ideal candidate will possess a high-energy, influential demeanor with the ability to sell service lines and close opportunities.

  Qualifications:

  Proven B2B Sales Expertise: A track record of excelling in outside B2B sales for a minimum of 3 years, with additional experience in restoration, insurance, landscape, fire protection, property management, or real estate is considered a significant advantage.

  Exceptional Networking Prowess: Superior networking skills are fundamental to thriving in this position, fostering valuable connections, opening doors to opportunities, and closing sales.

  Executive-Level Engagement : Demonstrated ability to effectively reach key decision-makers within organizations, securing and orchestrating impactful meetings that contribute to business growth.

  Strategic Business Relationship Development: Proven experience in cultivating lasting and productive business relationships that contribute to long-term success and revenue generation.

  Compelling Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, characterized by articulate, persuasive, and enthusiastic verbal and written communication.

  Strong Presentation Acumen: Adept at delivering compelling presentations that effectively convey value propositions and drive successful outcomes.

  Experienced Sales Professional: A proven track record in a sales role, ideally within the disaster restoration industry or a similarly intricate organizational context.

  Revenue Growth Leadership: Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth through strategic initiatives, adept relationship building, and the establishment of impactful partnerships within the disaster restoration sector.

  Competencies:

  Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.

  Client-Focused: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
