As the Business Development Independent Contractor Recruiting Specialist you will help build business opportunities by setting high quality appointments for our franchise owner sales teams and recruiting independent contractors. This person will be responsible for prospecting via phone calls and email campaigns into businesses for our Franchisees in various markets across the nation. This is a hybrid role, split 50/50, between business development and IC recruitment activities.
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Independent Contractor Recruiting Specialist is to make B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients (offering janitorial and non-janitorial services), qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
What you will do...
Find and research businesses in the local Franchisee's market that would benefit from City Wide's services.
Make 80 plus activities per day and schedule qualified appointments for the designated Franchisee's Sales Executive team.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with franchise owners and resolve issues as needed; conduct weekly activities call.
Maintain Call Quality expectations.
Manage and update the CRM database. This includes scheduled calls, updating records, and submitting notes from each call and appointment set.
Achieve or exceed sales metrics and expectations.
Hire sufficient ICs to services City Wide’s janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts, set by the franchise location and on a monthly basis.
Manage all IC recruiting activities – online postings, e-mail advertising, direct mail advertising, and social media activities to ensure a consistent flow of new Independent Contractors candidates.
Conduct the initial vetting/screening of all prospective Independent Contractors in a virtual setting.
Enter and maintain Independent Contractors’ records in CRM.
Set up Operations team with potential independent contractors to ensure they meet the requirements and qualifications for scope of work at City Wide.
Requirements
High School Diploma
Prior recruiting, or similar experience, highly desired
A self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relation Management (CRM)
Proficient with using social media to promote/recruit new business or independent contractors.
