　　Position summary

　　In this role you will actively support CFO and Business Unit controller providing timely and insightful reporting and analysis based on solid and reliable financials and business information.

　　A Day in the Life as Business Controlling & Reporting Specialist

　　Provide to main stakeholders a timely and high-quality reporting of main financials to ensure transparency and alignment

　　Support monthly period-end close activities like top line closure, P&L reconciliation and reporting

　　Analyze actual business results with reporting and meaningful KPIs comparing them vs objectives and vs previous periods

　　Perform system uploads for the submission to Central Head Quarter of monthly Dynamic Forecast

　　Track and monitor, in collaboration with Marketing team, all marketing investments (PFME) challenging an efficient return of investment (ROI) and pre/post evaluation process

　　What will make you successful

　　University degree in Business Administration/Finance

　　1-3 years of experience in Finance roles such as Reporting Specialist or Finance Controller

　　Fluent in English and Italian

　　Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel & Power Point) and SAP

　　Analytical skills

　　Insightful reporting managed with high level of accuracy and reliability

　　Strong result focus and respect of deadlines

　　Good interpersonal skills, both within the function and with other members of the Business Unit team

　　Good organizational and planning skills
