As the Principal Program Manager for Safety Analytics, you will drive Last Mile's cross-functional roadmap on in-vehicle safety for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). You align partner teams across business, product, and tech in Last Mile to increase the breadth of in-vehicle signals and expand coverage of existing signals, influence product and engineering roadmaps, identify and execute collaboration opportunities, track activities across programs, monitor and report on business progress, and propose solutions to drive safety improvement from a preventive approach for one or more risk areas. You will be responsible for delivering measurable improvement of on-road safety, driver behaviors, and reducing on-road incidents.This role will focus on leading strategic and/or safety critical programs. You will develop an in-vehicle safety strategy and vision for one or more risk areas across multiple countries and business lines. You will identify and implement critical mechanisms to manage our large global organization in implementation of safety prevention initiatives, including goal performance, business review, and multi-year planning. The role requires a detailed understanding of and ability to balance operations, technology, and program management. Your focus will be on keeping Delivery Service Partner Delivery Associates (DAs) and community members and customers safe every day while DAs are on the road delivering smiles.A candidate will have to manage complex, multi-faceted programs, influencing across organizational boundaries, creating alignment on shared goals, interacting with senior leaders, and driving progress. They will have the capability to analyze complex business data, generate actionable insights, drive cross-functional solutions, and report progress to senior leadership. The leader will embrace ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and organizations. This role requires strong relationship building skills and sound business judgment. They will be an excellent communicator, verbally and through writing, enabling them to work successfully with diverse audiences on a broad spectrum of safety and incident prevention. Balancing time between projects and rapid response is a critical component for success in the position. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market.
