The Opportunity
Esko is a leading provider of packaging software to clients around the world, enabling them to produce the best packaging for billions of consumers.
Working within Esko’s Business Application Team and based 2 days a week at our Gent office, this is a key Salesforce BA role, supporting ongoing implementation projects (CPQ, Sales, Services etc) as part of our wider global transformation to a Digital organization.
The BA interacts between the business, Salesforce Architects & developers, to introduce business enhancements, and other value-added feature requests.
Salesforce is mature across Esko but within a fast-evolving and dynamic SaaS organisation, with many custom business processes and add-ons, there’s always ongoing new projects, continual change and challenges, and excellent Salesforce learning opportunities.
Day to day responsibilities:
Translate business processes and requirements into Salesforce solution, including systems integrations
Lead the transformation from the legacy CRM Solution and establish a global Salesforce architecture by integrating Salesforce solution across functional lines globally
Organise user groups and build a network with functional management to identify areas where the applications can support and enhance business processes.
Clarify and analyse requirements, write specifications and test the quality of the implementation
Lead the escalation handling: raise the flag, take ownership, propose action plan to direct peers in Corporate IT and with other internal stakeholders or external partners
Troubleshoot questions/problems from the user community (based on good business process knowledge)
We’re looking for…
At least 2 years' experience in a business analysis role for a Salesforce project implementation (CPQ is advantageous but not critical)
Strong verbal & written communications (fluent English), cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, listening, and influencing skills
Experience with one or several functional scope or processes: Sales, Service, Marketing, Opportunity, Quote, Order to cash, Product
Experience with one or several of the following ecosystem: CPQ, ServiceMax, PDF-Butler, mobile app, Showpad Community Platform, Pardot, Outreach, Ringlead, Mulesoft, Billing
Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable
Desire to learn new concepts and take on new challenges
