Overview

　　Serves as a vital link between the department business objectives and information technology to help facility change. Ensures business needs are clearly understood for successful completion of product implementations and software support. Works with team and internal partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs; clearly articulates and documents business requirements; assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands; and coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and validates proposed solutions. SME with loan experience preferred.

　　Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs advanced data analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output.Operational Support - Provides support for business operations by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve team practices. Assists in streamlining daily workflow for overall unit, resolving escalated matters where possible. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units.Identifying Objectives - Determines business needs through complex analysis and reporting. Develops strategies to achieve company and department goals, and communicates these through the use of specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation.Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on reportingResponsible for researching, analyzing, and documenting complex business needs and provide information to Systems Analysts and other internal partners resulting in technology based solutions that meet the business requirements. Helps generate mapping and system needs by clearly articulate and document business requirements; assesses the risks of various solutions; and prioritizes competing business demands.Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting
