  This position is responsible for building and expanding Community Association Banking relationships. Delivers a full range of business deposits and treasury management related services. This role partners with bankers in the Community Association Banking Division.

  The role requires the banker to work closely with the Relationship Sales Officer and be a subject matter expert in Community Association Banking deposits and related business services. Thorough knowledge of lockbox products and Treasury Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills with a high ability to deliver Microsoft Teams client and partner meetings.

  Responsibilities

  Account Servicing - Performs complex data entry, processing, and documentation. Ensures accuracy and compliance with all rules and regulations. Operations- Performs advanced operational tasks, manages vendor and associate inquiries. May lead team in direction and success of daily activities. Business Expertise - Acts as a resource in area of work. Performs process troubleshooting for both internal and external parties. May assist in distribution of Bank products or services. May support development of new products or services. Service & Support - Develops and maintains relationships with customers, associates, or vendors to achieve business goals and streamline service experience. Determines target needs and provides resolution. Handles escalated and complex support issues. Focus on deepening client relationships for our most complex clients. Strong interpersonal skills, understands how to utilize technology and conduct TEAMS meetings (on screen daily) Client/Business Partner interface should be daily and often. Qualifications

  Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales

  Preferred Area of Experience: Business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, treasury management

  Skill(s): Application of a structured sales process, Providing financial guidance and expertise, Financial literacy, Knowledge retail and wealth solutions referred, Knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions, Business development, Networking and building centers of influence.
