About the role: The Business Analyst II provides contracts support to the sales force, including the drafting of key customer agreements. In this position, you will be a member of the Boston Scientific's Corporate Accounts and Healthcare Solutions Team supporting BSC's Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart (together referred to as "ICTx") Sales Force and internal operations. This position interfaces and supports sales and operations teams with responsibilities for managing and supporting the lifecycle of a contract. This position is based out of our Maple Grove, MN site and is a hybrid role. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting contracts for revenue and/or stocking programs, monitoring pricing and stocking level management approvals, as needed. This includes maintaining a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner. Respond to account manager/customer requests for specialized contracts, securing internal approvals as necessary. Support inquiries regarding price discrepancy and re-bill adjustments. Communicate expiring program and rebate information to Field Sales and Finance Sales Support Specialists. Provide the Sales force and senior management with the necessary data for correspondence with their customers, as well as strategic selling solutions. This includes partnering with the Field Sales Organization to analyze price requests, prepare amendments, update the contracting system, and managing external price file. Extend sales programs and rebates as applicable in current systems. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1+ years ofAccounting/Finance, Sales Operations, and/or Contract Managementexperience. Skills in Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate to Advanced Excel. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, and exposure to Model N, SAP, or other Contracting/Revenue Management systems. Comprehensive experience supporting the negotiations of complex agreements and ongoing contract management. Highly motivated, high impact individual with strong organizational, communication, and directional competencies to work effectively with a sales organization. Highly detailed oriented, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience supporting a sales organization. Display strong individual management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities.
