  Job Description:

  This position is eligible for remote work in the following state: TX

  SUMMARY:

  Role is to develop technical solutions to problems in a business or to further a company's sales revenue by defining, documenting and analyzing requirements. Candidate should be equipped with good Analytical, Research, Communication & Technical Skills. Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to meet customer business objectives, SLAs. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Broad understanding of Software development on an AGILE framework. Perform product demos

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   Hands on experience on Kubernetes and docker engine. Exposure of Agile development and DevOps methodologies. Experience in working with database (My SQL, HBase, YB, Graph, Cloud databases) Broad understanding of development of Microservices application and their Architecture Experience of messaging frameworks: Kafka. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Hands-on implementation of networking / telecom solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in software engineering and design architecture Excellent teamwork, oral and written communication skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  5-7 years of Experience (Total)Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Electronics or a related field
