　　Experience in building delivery teams and solutions.

　　At least 4 years working experience with 2 years direct work experience in managing large scale software development project（automotive industry a plus, technical background a plus）

　　Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary

　　Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

　　Minimum of a Bachelor's degree,

　　Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
