TopLine Financial Credit Union is looking for a new Business Analyst to join our Corporate team in Maple Grove! What does our Business Analyst do? This individual will be in charge of identifying potential process improvement opportunities through automated systems. Capture and document business workflows, data lows, processes, and general business requirements. Analyze these processes to identify potential areas of improvement. Interact with key stakeholders to determine how business operates today and how it will operate in the future. Produce as is and to be process flow diagrams and related documents. Develop and/or contribute to cost analysis, design considerations, and implementation timelines for process improvements. Write, analyze, and interpret user acceptance testing processes and results for implemented improvements.
