Description:

　　Responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. Coordinates and facilitates Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, enabling continuous improvement within the team. Ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. In a Scaled Agile model, facilitates scaled planning for the team - e.g. Pre Planning/ Preparation, PI Planning Events - and represents the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs. Helps the team define norms/agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforces the agreements. Ensures the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the PO). Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the team. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and Sprint commitments. Provides visibility into the Agile team’s delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders. Enables the team to become high performing through collaboration and a relentless focus on continuous improvement including cross-skilling across the team. Measures team delivery, maturity, and performance and reviews the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　•Manage and optimize the flow of work through the application dev agile teams using JIRA kanbans and other information radiators

　　•Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings

　　•Facilitate the PI planning event for assigned team

　　•Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency

　　•Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities

　　•Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics

　　•Help manage risks and dependencies

　　•Escalate and track impediments

　　•Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks

　　•Work with the LOB Program Management Office on program execution

　　•Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the teams and help them improve

　　•Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices

　　• JIRA agile tool, functional process flowcharts, Agile software delivery practices, MS Office. A plus if any experience in programming, architecture, QA, project mgmt

　　• Has a functional understanding of networking and API functionality

　　• Understands the basics of a modern frontend javascript framework

　　• Can communicate technical concepts to non technical audiences and back

　　• Has a refined sense of intellectual curiosity, willing to put in the time and effort to understand the systems, application and processes supported by the team.

　　• Experience in reporting functions, report generation, metrics definition and visualization

　　• Has experience with application or software development practices and routines?
