Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Business Analyst.Summary:This is a new position, so roles and responsibilities are still being defined. Ultimately the Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate exchange of accumulator data by auditing both outgoing and incoming files. They will ensure the data quality of file feeds meets requirements as to minimize customer abrasion. The Business Analyst will manage reporting process (i.e., provide oversight of accumulator error reports and accumulator reconciliation efforts, and identify recurring issues and communicate findings while offering recommendations to key stakeholders).The core expectation of the Business Analyst is to use past expertise in this field to be to review, analyze, and reconcile data files containing member accumulator data. This includes comparing data against the member benefit to ensure the benefit design is set up appropriately during testing phases, and addressing member out of pocket payment amounts concerns.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or related field
4-6 years of professional related work experience
Payment aggregation experience
Familiar with Out of Pocket Maximums and benefit set-up and design
Strong knowledge of claims processing and benefit design, procedures, and systems
Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
