　　The Job:

　　As a Business Advisor you’ll be part of our Mac Tool team working as a remote employee.

　　You’ll get to:

　　Maintain positive customer relations while using analytics to address various types of customer inquiries and concerns pertaining to recent orders, account information, and business health. Duties to include but not limited to:

　　Responsible for inbound & outbound credit calls as well as maintaining records within our system on each account status; Follow established procedures for processing credit applications and make credit decisions as required.

　　Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and collateral value.

　　Develop relationships with and investigate/resolve customer queries; Reporting.

　　Communicate with internal personnel and clients via phone, email, in-person or mail.

　　Partner with the Region Managers and District Managers to prioritize ride along with Distributors/Franchisees, establish ride along goals & outcomes for the District Manager including specific actions necessary to drive improvement.

　　Manage and track performance using standardized analytical tools.

　　Identify potential contract violation situations and work in conjunction with Regional Managers & District Managers to address situations, including initial document generation.

　　Build and review new Distributor/Franchisee personal and business financial analysis (break-evens) and approve for credit underwriting.

　　Collection and allocation of payments; Develop, implement, communicate, and monitor repayment plans.

　　Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.

　　The Person:

　　2+ years of relevant experience is required; collections experience is strongly preferred.

　　Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks, problem resolution, data analysis.

　　Strong analytical skills and forecasting abilities to make business performance recommendations.

　　Organized with excellent time management and project management skills.

　　Experience in understanding Profit & Loss statements, Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
