Job Title: Building Services Technician

Job Summary:

Position will be responsible for monitoring nightly building closing as well as performing on demand WOs and scheduled PMs, inspections. Much of the on demand work to be performed will be requests that can not be completed when building is occupied during business hours; meeting room set ups, small furniture moves, carpet stain treatments, and basic lighting, plumbing and HVAC work. Work with other service providers and customer employee(s) to identify issues and communicate with team members, internal and external customers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily building closure (building rounds, turn off lights, secure entrances, set building alarm to active)

On demand WOs (inclusive of work requests that can not or should not be done when DJJ employees in the building)

Scheduled PMs and Inspections
