About Building Maintenance Technician

  Le technicien de maintenance des installations sera responsable des opérations d'ingénierie au sein d'un centre de données, y compris la gestion et l'atténuation des risques, la maintenance corrective et préventive des infrastructures critiques, la gestion des fournisseurs et les rapports métriques.

  Responsabilités:

  Responsable de la gestion sur place des techniciens de quart, des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs, en veillant à ce que tout le travail effectué soit conforme aux pratiques et procédures établies.

  Établir des références de performance, effectuer des analyses et préparer des rapports sur tous les aspects de l'exploitation et de la maintenance des installations critiques.

  Travaillez avec les responsables informatiques et d'autres dirigeants d'entreprise pour coordonner les projets, gérer la capacité et optimiser la sécurité, les performances, la fiabilité et l'efficacité de l'usine.

  Exploiter et gérer les services de routine et d'urgence sur une variété de systèmes critiques tels que : appareillage de commutation, générateurs, systèmes UPS, équipement de distribution d'énergie, refroidisseurs, tours de refroidissement, systèmes de traitement de l'air des salles informatiques, systèmes de surveillance des bâtiments, etc.

  Peut aider à la conception et à la construction de nouvelles installations.

  Peut contribuer à des projets visant à accroître l’efficacité des installations actuelles.

  Responsable de la gestion des actifs et des stocks.

  Aider aux efforts de recrutement.

  Fournir un service de qualité et garantir que toutes les demandes des clients sont satisfaites.

  Qualifications :

  Baccalauréat ou diplôme technique et expérience pertinente.

  1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.

  1 à 2 ans d'expérience en gestion.

  Excellentes capacités de communication verbales et écrites.

  Solides compétences en leadership et en organisation.

  The facility maintenance technician will be responsible for engineering operations within an a data Center including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting.

  Responsibilities:

  Responsible for the on-site management of shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices and procedures.

  Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility operations and maintenance.

  Work with IT managers and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability and efficiency.

  Operate and manage both routine and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.

  May assist in the design and build out of new facilities.

  May assist in projects to increase current facility efficiency.

  Responsible for asset and inventory management.

  Assist in recruiting efforts.

  Deliver quality service and ensure all customer demands are met.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree and relevant experience.

  1-2 years of relevant work experience.

  1-2 years of management experience.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  Strong leadership and organizational skills.
