Perform routine maintenance on facilities and its equipment.

　　Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.

　　Gather and empty trash.

　　Service, clean, and supply restrooms

　　Clean and polish furniture, walls, machines, fixtures, windows, glass, and mirrors

　　Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors

　　Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals.

　　Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

　　Other duties as required.

　　Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

　　High school diploma or GED

　　Must possess valid Driver’s License

　　Experience:

　　Minimum of 6 months of janitorial experience preferred.Skills and Knowledge Required:

　　Ability to read and follow complex directions.

　　Ability to be detail oriented.
