　　Job Title: Automation Foreman

　　Principal Duties and Responsibilities

　　Customer Relations:

　　Representation of MES

　　Maintaining customer and contractor relationships

　　Project Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for the financial success of all assigned construction projects

　　Communication of project status, issues, with Project Managers

　　Reviewing project submittals and bill of materials for accuracy

　　Maintain project schedules

　　Technical support for installers

　　Provide thorough verbal and written documentation

　　Coordinate with Project Managers for design changes, graphics, and programs

　　Maintaining project forecasting manpower requirements

　　Attend construction meetings and represent MES

　　Maintaining company installation standards

　　Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

　　Minimum eight (8) years of direct automation experience with control systems and programing required.

　　Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent field experience.

　　Working knowledge of at least three HVAC controls systems (preferably Delta, JCI or Andover)

　　Ability to interface with customers at a supervisory and management level.

　　Engineering skills required include knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and computer programming.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Experience with control system architecture design, programing, or maintenance desired.

　　Good computer skills, understanding of controls networking.

　　A valid driver’s license.
