DUTIES: Vegetation management aroundutility infrastructures by using brush trimmers, hand trimmers andoccasionally power mowers. Gather and remove litter. Operate vehicles orpowered equipment & other related Brush Clearer for Utility Rights ofWay activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Work isperformed outdoors, must be capable of extended strenuous labor inextreme heat/cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours mayfluctuate (+/-) The employer will provide workers all tools, suppliesand equipment required to perform the job (at no charge) REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS: 1) Must be 18 due to state labor laws. 2) Must showproof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco freework zone. 3) Must have 2 months of prior Landscape experience. 4) Nominimum education requirement. 5) All applicants must be able willingand qualified to perform work described and must be available for theentire period specified and work throughout all areas of intendedemployment. SCHEDULE: 40+ hrs/wk. Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM WAGE:\$12.39/hr - \$25/hr. If offered, OT is paid at \$18.59/hr - \$37.50/hr.Wage may vary based on experience and/or location. Wage paid every weekWill use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. AtEmployer?s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based onindividual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed);possible cash advances (if applicable/requested by worker, potentialdeduction from worker?s paycheck). All deductions required by law willbe made by the employer as well as any further tax withholding or otherreasonable deduction(s) authorized by the worker. LOCATION(S):Begin/report to work: 123 Cutoff Road, Barre, Worcester County, MA01005. Additional worksites: (Tentative Itinerary - continue throughoutvarious counties/areas) within the States of: CT, FL, GA, MA, MD, ME,NC, NH, NJ, PA, RI, SC, VT, WV . Employer will transport workers dailybetween report to work address and additional worksites. OPTIONAL:shared housing available at no cost to the worker. Any worker whovoluntarily abandons employment is not entitled to payment for outboundtransportation or the full 3/4s Guarantee described. TERMS: Employer complies withemployment-related laws regulating wages, breaks, hours worked, andovertime hours (overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. Inbound and Outbound Transportation (InitialArrival/Subsequent Departure): The amount of transportation payment orreimbursement will be the most economical and reasonable common carrierfor the distances involved. A daily subsistence rate will be provided at\$15.46 p/day during travel to a maximum of \$59 p/day (with receipts).Transportation and subsistence will be reimbursed (by check in 1st workweek) for cost from the place of departure to the place of employment.Will reimburse the H-2B worker for all visa, visa processing, bordercrossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment (not including passport). Upon completion of the workcontract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provideor pay for worker?s reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer. 3/4s Guarantee.
