Overview

　　The Branding Technician assists in all cleaning activities thru 4 seasons at new, rebuilt and existing stores. Provide clean and inviting presence for all customers and employees. Limit environmental liability associated with water discharges.

　　Responsibilities

　　Assist and contribute in the loading and transportation of cleaning/painting equipment , truck, trailers and other required equipment as needed.

　　Execute store specific cleaning plan to include sidewalks, parking areas, drive pads and island areas.

　　Operate pressure washing equipment to include 3,500 psi pressure washing equipment to include: vacuum units, pressure hoses and pressure pumps.

　　Operate painting equipment to include: air-less gas powered spray equipment for lines, curbs, bumper posts, parking stalls, directional arrows and gas islands.

　　Apply chemical and microbial compounds as recommended by manufacturer.

　　Perform field repairs to equipment as necessary.

　　Assist in the maintenance of all filtration systems ensuring no contaminate discharges.

　　Assist team leader in handling parking lot generated hazmat collection and disposal in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.

　　Lift, push and/or carry 100 pounds, including pushing the 300-lb. cleaning head.

　　Ensure all cleaning operations are unobtrusive and have no impact on customers ability to all services and products.

　　Carry out complex instructions with little or no supervision.

　　Provide on call service for snow removal in the winter including weekends.

　　Perform various activities throughout winter to include but not limited to: cleaning and maintaining of food service and beverage equipment, calibrate all gasoline dispensers, perform cathodic protection testing, perform PM’s on all HVAC equipment, test and repair all emergency lighting; and any other tasks assigned by management.

　　Qualifications

　　High School Diploma

　　Good verbal communication skills

　　High School level mathematical skills

　　Good reasoning and common sense abilities

　　Occasional lifting of moderate weight equipment, climbing of ladders, working and expecting on rooftops, working in physically demanding atmosphere.
