We are looking to add a Brand Manager! This role is responsible for driving profitable growth by launching and nurturing breakthrough innovation platforms in current and new categories for The Krusteaz Company. Sitting at the intersection of innovation and base business, this role will build a dynamic go-to-market and product launch discipline for the company. With a deep understanding of the consumer, this role will translate insights into strategies and big ideas that enable winning launches and ensures success throughout the new platforms lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a change agent challenging the status quo while possessing the creativity and collaborative spirit to drive change in the organization as we evolve to become a consumer and brand-led organization.

- - Be a champion for the consumer: use marketplace data, trends, and consumer insights to bring the consumer front and center to all initiatives. Develop learning plans to support the companys understanding of consumer and shopper behaviors, as well as category dynamics in new and existing categories.

```- - Create an entrepreneurial environment by building new businesses that will scale and support company growth.

```- - Develop go-to-market strategies that include scale up and growth planning to ensure volume growth and profit objectives are met. Partner with innovation and sales teams to recommend advertising, trade plans, distribution assumptions and goals for new platforms.

```- - Lead development and execution of a learning plan that clearly defines the path to purchase for new platforms to align communication strategy to the right touchpoints.

```- - Lead development of new platform launch campaigns in partnership with agencies: align strategic intent and job to be done, create inspiring briefs that produce inspired creative, ensure flawless execution of launch campaigns. Translate insights from launch into marketing plans to support platform growth in future years.

```- - Lead day to day business for a new or existing brand platform from launch onwards, delivering business results including P&L targets and brand equity objectives. May perform in-depth marketplace analysis of certain brand or competitive platforms, making recommendations that will address marketplace trends. Participate in monthly demand forecasting to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment to brand and business goals.
