Description
Robert Half is seeking a talented and motivated Brand Manager to join our team and lead the charge in enhancing our brand presence through strategic content marketing.
Content Marketing:
• Oversee the achievement of prioritized Consumer Experience Excellence KPIs.
• Analyze key metrics to shape strategies for digital marketing programs such as SEO, SEM, etc.
• Identify and interpret crucial metrics throughout the funnel, offering actionable insights on marketing performance to contribute to pipeline growth.
• Continuously assess and optimize performance against tracked KPIs like traffic and engagement.
• Manage SEO and Ecommerce marketing programs, handling tasks such as copy updates, product page enhancements, and content uploads.
• Establish and monitor budget priorities and KPIs, assessing overall results against the devised plan.
• Utilize data to implement relevant beta tests on an ongoing basis.
Brand Content Development:
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to create and execute optimized brand content for Brand.com and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in crafting and implementing content and optimizations for brand sites to enhance site speed, accessibility, engagement, and organic search ranking (SEO).
• Identify new opportunities for optimization, personalization, and growth to enhance site performance and attract new consumers.
Business Planning:
• Conduct research and stay abreast of best practices in Digital Marketing, focusing on driving profitable growth through digital marketing and on-site conversion optimization.
Education and Reporting:
• Keep informed about industry best practices and offer a Point of View (POV)/white paper on recommended actions.
• Develop a playbook based on best practices and democratize capabilities across the organization.
• Present findings to stakeholders, fostering transparency and promoting data-driven optimization.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in content marketing and digital marketing roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
