　　What you will do

　　You will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with the Marketing Manager Oncology, taking the brand lead responsibilities for strategically important brand(s) in the field of Lung and Gastrointestinal Cancer. This unique opportunity is tailored for candidates ready to make a significant impact to our Austrian affiliate. It offers the chance to engage in various stages of a product life cycle, including upcoming launches in our dynamic pipeline. Some of the key deliverables will include:

　　Lead the strategic and tactical planning process embracing a dynamic and agile mindset

　　Lead cross-functional brand team(s) activities and provide guidance to others

　　Budget responsibility to include forecasting, managing operating expenses and delivering budgeted sales

　　Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitive landscape

　　Close collaboration with sales team

　　Analysis and interpretation of sales data, KPIs, market research and trends

　　Development, delivery and evaluation of integrated omnichannel plan and development of promotional materials across multiple channels

　　What we expect of you

　　We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. What we seek in you as an experienced professional, are these qualifications and skills:

　　Minimum 4 years of experience within pharmaceutical industry

　　Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager

　　Role model for completing tasks and delivering on commitments in a timely manner

　　Experience of working with and leading a cross functional team

　　Experience of working with Omnichannel

　　Excellent communication skills with ability to influence

　　Role model for others in line with Amgen Values

　　University degree, preferably in life sciences

　　Fully fluent in regulatory frameworks and code of practice

　　Fluency in English, both oral and written communications

　　We offer an annual minimum base pay of € 56.000,00 gross (full time/All In) per year and attractive benefits (e.g. office location in Vienna 1010, flexible working hours/remote work, bonus payment, pension plan, lunch allowance, etc.). The final compensation package will depend on your qualification and experience.
