Trains employees at workstations and in the classroom. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period. Aids in developing basic training materials and job aids. Collects information to improve training programs. Develops feedback mechanisms for course content. Provides input into the development of a training plan. May have logistical responsibilities regarding the training. Assists in other tasks or projects as assigned.
