JOB SUMMARY: Assist members and potential members within the Member Services, Consumer Lending, Teller and Receptionist departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of all Credit Union products. • Provide coverage on teller line, member services, lending and receptionist desk • Interact with members to explain, promote and offer products as appropriate • New membership application, share draft, debit card, and other services as requested • Interview members and gather information for loan applications • Process loan check-backs • Any other duties as assigned by management • Comply with all safety and security policies, practices and procedures. Report any unsafe or suspicious activities to your supervisor. • Complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and processes, including (but not limited to) the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Performs related responsibilities as required.
