You'll manage the branch that means you're our ambassador in the community, developing talent on your team, and providing an array of products and services to meet the needs of your customers.Location: 915 Broadway St, Suite 302, Vancouver, WA 98660Essential Functions:Sales:Develop branch strategies for implementation of sales programs to meet sales, service and profitability goals.Makes calls to business customers and prospects for expansion, acquisition and retention purposes.Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and customer service skills.Service:Provide professional financial advice, guidance and solutions.Works with other managers and staff to proactively meet customer needs in a responsive, efficient manner, across department lines.Participating and promoting team involvement in community organizations and business development activities.Leadership:Provide overall direction for the branch sales and service delivery.Directly conducting coaching, training, human resource functions and staff development activities.Ultimately responsible for all regulatory and compliance activity within the branch including overseeing of the branch audit.Participates in community affairs and activities and various Bank functions, which may include after hours and weekend involvement.Training:We provide training and a road map to ensure our managers successfully navigate WTB customer experience, coaching and career development.Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all levels of the bank, inter-division as well as cross-department.Completion of all appropriate Loan Origination, Sales, Service and appropriate training.Ability to prioritize workflow, solve customer or staff problems and manage multiple tasks.Has at least 6 months experience in working with teams, project leadership or participation in sales and service campaigns.Regular, required attendance and some travel is required.Join us in one of our 40+ branches across Washington, Idaho, or Oregon as we collaborate and partner with other areas to ensure we address and provide an extraordinary client experience.To see our full job description, please clickPay Range: $73,580 - $110,370The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Vancouver, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
