Setup anddocument tooling and safe practices for Press Brake operations Verifyaccuracy of machine settings to confirm accurate tolerances and machinefunctions. Operators will be required to maintain accurate parts.Operator will be required to maintain safety around and cleanliness ofthe machine. In process quality checks will be required by the operatorto maintain all required tolerances and quality. Communicates allproduction related items to next shift operators. Responsibilities &Qualifications: Responsible for safe forming operation and settingmachine parameters and inspection of parts to assure conformance. Mustbe able to read and understand blueprints to determine dimensions andtolerances of finished products Skilled in organizing work area beforeand after parts are processed, stacking completed parts properly ontables or pallet to eliminate double handling and work efficiently.Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance parts. Reports allmachine malfunctions. Ability to calculate, blank sizes, bend locations,appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed Communicateswith, production control, quality and other shop personnel forassignments and to resolve machining or quality issues. May performother duties as assigned. Must be able to learn to drive a Forklift.Must meet physical requirements for this position as follows: Stand orSit, Move, Use hands/Fingers to handle or feel, stoop, kneel, talk/hear,see, carry weight/lift (up to 50lb\'s) in a repetitive motion.
