The Impact You Will Make
BPI’s fellowship program is a full-time fellowship. Ideal candidates will have strong writing capabilities and be detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and driven to provide high quality work for clients and causes. In addition to receiving direct mentoring, fellows will have exposure to business areas outside of their capability area in order to enhance your communication and digital marketing skills.
The Junior Creative Traffic Manager is responsible for coordinating design projects and assigned integrated projects from request to completion. This includes managing deadlines, and ensuring information and resources flow efficiently in a timely and organized manner.
We are looking for a highly organized and deadline focused individual to join our creative operations team in a role that manages the day-to-day flow of creative projects. These creative projects will include but are not limited to: Static design, GIF’s, HTML5’s, as well as potentially light-lift video edits and website development.
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
Review design project requests to ensure complete and clear intake of all requests
Prioritize design projects, adjust workflow, and provide updates to the department during scheduled meetings
Track projects through all phases: from request to delivery of final assets to ensure the accuracy and timely execution of projects
Provide updates to the creative team accordingly, informing the Project Manager and creative leadership of any project-related issues
Function as a creative problem solver who knows every detail of assigned projects/clients
The ideal candidate brings:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactivity and a willingness to ensure project success.
Familiarity with graphic design and the creative process is a plus, but not required.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
1-2 years of graphic design experience
Full proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent design sense, including composition, color and typography
Experience with simple gif animation (text and shape motion graphics) a plus but not required
Ability to work in a very fast-paced, collaborative environment
A pulse on the digital world with an interest in what works versus what looks best
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered
Benefits
Employee Status: Temporary – 9 weeks for term
Compensation: $2,946.66 per month (40 hours a week)
