This is a part time bookkeeping position with a growing constructioncompany. Hours may vary depending on the time of year. The daily workschedule is somewhat flexible. The starting hourly wage is \$18-\$20 perhour depending on experience. Job responsibilities including but notlimited to: - Answering main office phone line during work hours -Entering data, maintaining records and creating reports and financialstatements - Recording day to day financial transactions - ManagingPayroll - Maintaining historical financial records - Completingquarterly tax report forms - Assisting company officers with appointmentscheduling and other office tasks Preferred applicants will have thefollowing skills/qualifications: - Payroll experience - QuickBooksexperience - CRM experience (We use Job Nimbus) - Bookkeepingexperience - Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accountingpayable/receivable principles - Proven ability to calculate, post andmanage accounting figures and financial records - Data entry skillsalong with a knack for numbers - Hands-on experience with spreadsheetsand proprietary software - Proficiency in English and in MS Office -Customer service orientation and negotiation skills - High degree ofaccuracy and attention to detail
