　　How you will make a difference:

　　As the Bookkeeper, You will help with the firm’s financial health to ensure all operations and divisions are running efficiently. Ideally we’re looking for an Accountant and Bookkeeper who could also perform some data analysis. 

　　Location: Philippines based candidates ONLY, Fully remote

　　Salary: $10 - $15/hr USD

　　Working Hours: Must be online 9:00am-5PM EDT, Monday through Friday. 

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Building and developing our bookkeeping and month-end processes 

　　Building financial and operational models and reports 

　　Analysis of financial and operational reports 

　　Assist with year-end accounting activities and tax preparation 

　　Assist with special projects as needed 

　　Assist on all financial aspects, including developing and driving financial forecasts and analyzing the organization’s revenue and costs

　　Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements to management team

　　Identify operational risk factors that may impact performance of the organization and present key business insights and recommendations 

　　Manage account payables and receivables activities

　　Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency

　　Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget

　　Overseeing inventory management and profitability

　　Qualifications:

　　Excellent command of English (verbal and written) 

　　Advanced Excel skills

　　2-3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience 

　　Be able to handle sensitive and/or confidential information with honesty and integrity

　　Excellent documentation skills

　　Critical thinking, problem solving, and determination 

　　Demonstrate a commitment to our company's core values

　　Strong analytical and organizational skills

　　Exceptional written and oral communication skills

　　Excellent interpersonal and networking skills 

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Experience with inventory is preferred
