　　Position Description

　　The Bookkeeper will maintain accounting records for the company.

　　Responsibilities

　　Worker’s Compensation payments.

　　Accounts receivable management.

　　Monitoring and reconciling specific location site transactions.

　　Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions.

　　Preparing and filing financial documents.

　　Processing accounts receivables and accounts payables.

　　Reconciling company accounts (bank accounts, credit card transactions, etc).

　　Monitor and review credit card expenses.

　　Billing/invoicing as needed.

　　Back up to processing payroll and tracking payroll data.

　　Annual budget creation.

　　QuickBooks account maintenance.

　　Requirements:

　　Adhere to APC Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and training.

　　5-7 years of prior bookkeeping experience and knowledge of QuickBooks.

　　Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Excel. Ability to use accounting software to record, store, and analyze financial data

　　ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

　　Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

　　Excellent written and oral communication skills.

　　Prior employment and business references.

　　Some college preferred.

　　Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

　　10:00am – 5:00pm, 4 days per week (Primarily a remote position, Weekly/Biweekly in Verona, NJ office)Who is APC?
