Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who is attentive and a go-getter. This contract-to-hire role is with a local client in the property management industry. Since collaborating with others is key in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a strong set of social skills.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Appease accounts by balancing entries

　　Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

　　Maintain and balance general ledger

　　Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Requirements - Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired

　　Command of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

　　Foundational knowledge in Yardi

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
