In this Bookkeeper role, you will handle reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. As well, the Bookkeeper will stay on top of a general ledger reconciliation, perform data entry, light journal entries, cash applications, and full cycle A/P coding. Apply for this role today!

　　Major responsibilities

　　Maintain general ledger

　　Other assignments as requested

　　Categorize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Administrate Accounts Receivable

　　Provide cash flow projections, as needed

　　Update Accounts Payable

　　Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation

　　Handle monthly accounting close

　　Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Help with monthly accounting close Requirements - Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment

　　Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

　　Notable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredSelf-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

　　Great attention to detail

　　Deep understanding of Full Cycle Payroll

　　Expertise in bookkeeping

　　Solid understanding of Basic Bookkeeping

　　Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

　　Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Accomplished in analytical, quantitative and social skills
