　　Major responsibilities

　　Balance accounts by reconciling entries

　　Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Support quality archived records by filing documents

　　Preside over and review general ledger

　　Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits Requirements

　　Adeptness in Administrative experience

　　Earlier work involving Multiple Vendors

　　Maintain Vendor Files experience highly preferred

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Enter Vendor Invoices

　　Foundational knowledge in QuickBooks

　　Good understanding of Excel Formulas

　　Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Background working with Manage Vendor Relationships

　　Full charge bookkeeping experience

　　Experience with ADP - Payroll

　　Practical knowledge of Hardware Vendors

　　General familiarity with External Vendor

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred

　　Previous experience using accounting software

　　Previous experience as a bookkeeper preferred
