Description

　　This direct hire bookkeeping role may be a great fit if you're self-driven and organized. Located in Streetsboro, Ohio, this is an on site position with standard business hours of 8:30am-5:00pm. Please review the responsibilities below:

　　Responsibilities:

　　QB Online

　　AP/AR

　　Matching invoices and cutting checks

　　Assisting in collections

　　Remote deposits

　　Posting payments

　　Credit checks for new & existing accounts/Credit memos

　　Monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting and closing of books

　　No Payroll

　　Requirements

　　Software:

　　QuickBooks Online

　　Excel

　　Requirements:

　　QuickBooks Online – Not needed but a huge plus

　　4+ years of experience as OM, Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk

　　Degree would be great, but not required

　　Someone who enjoys a small business and environment
