The ideal candidate for this Bookkeeper position would be highly-skilled in A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting. 　　Responsibilities

　　Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

　　Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Settle accounts by reconciling entries

　　Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Maintain and balance general ledger Requirements - Prior experience using accounting software

　　BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

　　GAAP Accounting experience

　　Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation experience

　　Background working with month end closings

　　Ledger Balance Sheet Account experience highly valued

　　Leases experience highly preferred

　　Expertise in account reconciliation

　　Earlier work involving property accounting

　　US GAAP experience preferred

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience highly desired

　　Comprehension of Reconcile Balance Sheet Account

　　Experience with Microsoft Excel

　　Good understanding of general ledger

　　General familiarity with Property Management Accounting

　　Previous experience working with Prepare Financial Statements

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Property Management

　　Practical knowledge of Yardi Property Management

　　Adeptness in Commercial Property Management
